Membership with various shooting associations and affiliations including, The Clay Target Association of Australia, SSAA, Redcliffe City Clay Target Club, Chinchilla Clay Target Club, Shooters Union, (the shooters union is the best value for money for any shooting club and or association to be a member of).

Delivering quality training both in the classroom and out on a shooting range as listed below in no particular order are some of our training elements –

  1. Training requirements can be structured around your individual requirements both as in a group or by special appointment one on one delivery
  2. Take home training material is supplied
  3. Visual short firearm safety video ‘s are shown as part of the theory delivery
  4. Hands on firearm handling in long and short arms is demonstrated during the theory delivery session
  5. Live firing of long and short arms is completed during the practical delivery session
  6. Smaller classes to provide quality course deliveries

  9. Additional training at both revolver, pistol, and clay target ranges can be arranged
  10. During our firearm training session you will learn how to –
  • safely handle a firearm
  • clean and care for your firearm
  • you will have an insight into ballistics (video)
  • you will learn what is a safe direction
  • you will learn a danger zone
  • you will learn what the arc in which a firearm swings is
  • you will learn how to identify various categories of firearms
  • you will learn about shotgun components
  • you will learn about hunting in the bush on private property and associated requirements
  • you will learn about shooting at an approved shooting range
  • you will lean the various parts of a firearm (both long and short arm)
  • additional videos on firearm safety if time permits
  • ***Some Pistol Clubs have and use additional rules and regulations re, firearms handling techniques that may differ from the 11029NAT course material whilst maintaining safe firearm handling***
